Founder Brandi Miller is an award-winning writer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an English minor, graduated summa cum laude, and is a current master’s applicant at Harvard University’s Extension School. She is an impassioned lifelong learner and thrives in pivotal, make-or-break environments.

Brandi’s professional background spans crisis triage counseling, offender rehabilitation, and air medical dispatch in a high-acuity trauma environment; she also served as a first responder at Nashville 911 for a decade. All of these are fields of unforgiving environments that leave no margin for imprecision. They taught her to listen carefully, prioritize decisively, and find clarity under pressure and honed her ability to help others do the same.
